  1. Aged 21 years old and above  
  2. Minimum 1 GCE ‘O’ level credit
  3. Employability Skills System (ESS) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level (WPLN) Level 4
  4. Able to perform basic Microsoft Office functions on the computer
  5. ​No prior experience in digital marketing or marketing business functions required
