TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. IBF Funding is available only for eligible Singaporeans & PRs. Participants’ full information and payment must be completed in order for registration to be successful.
  2. To be eligible for the IBF Funding, participants must attend the course fully, and achieve the passing grade for the assessment (if applicable).
  3. Full registration and payment of the net amount payable must be made before participants are allowed to join the course.
  4. If the participant has started the course and did not complete the course for whatsoever reasons, the participant shall not be eligible for IBF funding and shall be liable for the full course fee.
  5. Declaration of information must be true and accurate. If any information is found to be untrue and leads to an unsuccessful IBF Funding claim, we reserve the right to claim the full course fees from the participant.
  6. In the event of a refund request, there will be a 10% fee on the amount collected to cover administrative and transaction charges. No refund will be allowed after 3 working days.
  7. If the course is not attended within 12 months from the original course date, PPP Academy reserves the right to forfeit the course fee paid.
  8. In the event of a last-minute postponement or cancellation request by participants within 7 calendar days of the course, there will be a $100 fee to cover operational costs incurred.
  9. PPP Academy has all the rights and interests to all the intellectual property used in performing the Services (subject to the rights of the presenters) and all intellectual property we develop as a result of the performance of the Services.
  10. In performing the Services for you, PPP Academy does not transfer the rights of any intellectual property to you and the rights to all such intellectual property remain with us.
  11. You agree to indemnify the organizer against all losses or damages that you may incur as a result of the organizer, or any of its affiliates or representatives.
  12. In the event of a dispute, PPP shall convene an investigation on the conditions leading to the dispute.
  13. The Parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under, out of, or in connection with this Agreement (a “Dispute”) amicably.
  14. If still unresolved, PPP reserves the right to decide on the matter and this decision shall be final.
  15. PPP retains all the rights and interests to all the intellectual property used in performing the Services (subject to the rights of the presenters) and all intellectual property we develop as a result of the performance of the Services.
  16. In performing the Services for you, PPP does not transfer the rights of any intellectual property to you and the rights to all such intellectual property remain with us.
  17. You may not copy or reproduce the content of the Services, or the Materials, sell the intellectual property or the Materials (‘IP’), or supply the IP to third parties.
  18. In the event of a Force Majeure, PPP Academy reserves the right to postpone a course and notify participants of a rescheduled date for the course.
  19. You agree to indemnify the organizer against all losses or damages that you may incur as a result of the organizer, or any of its affiliates or representatives.
  20. The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any prior arrangements, agreements, representations, or undertakings are superseded.

PPP Academy reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions by notice in writing.
