Job Description for Senior Digital Marketing Manager

  • Manage and create content, optimize for SEO/SEM and manage analytics for all digital-marketing related activities including websites, social media sites, microsites and digital marketing campaigns
  • Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of paid digital efforts, including display advertising, mobile, SEM and SEO
  • Define, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess performance against KPI and ROI goals
  • Clearly and concisely present actionable insights from data to support the marketing team in targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer acquisition/engagement effectiveness and end-to-end customer experience, across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Build processes to increase efficient return on marketing dollars through data-driven decision making
  • Manage relationship and collaborate with digital marketing agencies and other vendor partners
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize ad spend and performance based on the insights
  • Manage e-mail marketing programs, lists, imports, and permissions
  • Create and conduct landing page and e-mail campaign tests
  • Manage and coordinate online sales and marketing events, such as webinars
  • Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar
  • Integrate online activities with off-line marketing communications plans to ensure plans provide optimal business support
  • Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, web development, etc.
  • Comply with regulatory routing, documentation and archiving standards
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Marketing with minimum 3 years of progressive digital marketing experience required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated strong track record in leading and managing display advertising, social media, SEO/SEM and email campaigns
  • Possess working knowledge of digital disciplines in SEM, programmatic buy, social media, content marketing and email marketing
  • Experience in website management/basic HTML/content management systems
  • Strong digital copywriting, design, content marketing, and verbal communication skills required
  • Knowledge of website and social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Understanding of user-design, graphic design and interface principles and responsive and mobile design
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand standards to online marketing initiatives
  • Strong ability to present digital marketing concepts and receive feedback
  • Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Deep interest in keeping up with digital trends that can positively impact our business
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure of tight deadlines
